Amelia looked at her son and asked, “Do you like Nadine very much?”

“Yeah. Nadine is as cute as Jen,” Aiden said. “If she and Jen see each other next time, maybe they will also become

good friends.”

“Maybe. Well, you haven’t finished your homework today. Go and do it,” said Amelia to her son.

When Aiden went to do his homework in the room, Matilda walked up to her daughter and said, “Lucas is really

After she said that, Amelia carried the trash bag and walked outside.

The night wind outside made her cheeks a little cold, and she subconsciously shrank her neck. Amelia knew that her

mother was afraid that she would have a hard life with Aiden after Matilda was gone.

The next moment, she was thrown into the back seat of a car, and someone immediately pressed down on her.

The familiar presence shocked Amelia, and she immediately guessed who it was.

Before she could say anything, that person already kissed her lips eagerly as if trying to prove something by it. This

resulted in Amelia gasping for breaths.

There was no light inside the narrow space, and everything was dim. Only the moonlight shone through the window

glass and provided a little light source inside the car.

Amelia struggled and tried to push the other person away, but the person was so strong that her struggles were in

vain. Instead, the person held her wrists tightly with one hand, pressed his body against hers, and made her unable

to move.

The atmosphere in the car turned amorous. After a long time, the person finally stopped kissing her. His lips were

still pressed against the corner of her lips, and a hoarse voice rang out in the car. “Are you planning to date Lucas?”

Amelia’s body trembled as her guess was proven correct. It was indeed Warren.

She stiffened as she looked at the man’s face, which was within her reach, also looked up. The moonlight from the

window fell on him and bathed half of his face in light while the other half was left in the dark.

There was an obsession, struggle, pain, and jealousy on his face. They formed a complex expression.

In response, Amelia pulled her hand away from him and slapped him hard.

“What’s wrong with a man like him? At least he won’t hurt me or send me to prison!” Amelia blurted out.

In an instant, Warren’s face turned pale, and his grip on her loosened immediately with it.

Amelia took the opportunity to push Warren away and hurriedly got out of the car. Just as she was about to run

away quickly, Warren’s voice suddenly rang out from behind her, saying, “Amelia, you can’t be with
