Zeke thought Jackson’s attitude toward Serenity seemed a little too gentle. The great Mr. Valor he

knew had never been gentle with women. He probably had never even treated the late Mira this way.

Suddenly, a thought flashed through Zeke’s mind. He thought about the previous advertisements that

had been withdrawn.

Zeke was in turmoil.

Before this, they had thought that Jackson had a problem with the Shaw family and the high-profile

marriage proposal because of Serenity. Thinking about it again, Serenity was indeed an issue,

Serenity blinked in confusion. A different identity? Did he mean something other than his homeless

status? Lisa had kept saying she knew too little about him and that she was afraid that Serenity would

be at a disadvantage.

Besides, Serenity had never asked Jack about his identity or real name. She only knew him as Jack,

that he had no family, and nothing else.

Lisa also said that Jack did not look like a typical homeless man. Sometimes, Serenity thought the

same too.

However, if he did not want to tell her, she would not ask. After all, everyone had their own secrets.

“I would,” she uttered softly.

“Would you like me no matter who I truly am?” Jackson asked again.

“Yeah, I’m fine no matter who you really are, okay?” Serenity then urged, smiling, “Hurry up and eat.

Otherwise, the food will

get cold.”

Jackson smiled too, and his lips curved upward slightly as he looked at her with smiling eyes.

The way he smiled put Serenity in a trance. It was so dazzling and more beautiful than anything she

“Zeke, what do you think?” Jenny asked as she tried on her custom-made wedding dress in the bridal

dress store. She had

spent 4.5 million dollars on this dress for the engagement party, so naturally, she wanted to see Zeke

charmed by her beauty in this special dress.

Zeke looked at the gorgeous and elegant woman standing in front of him. Everyone around him envied

him for having a girlfriend like Jenny. She was a popular star and the daughter of the Hall family.
