Chapter 149 Monica Played Her Cards Dirty

“How have you been? Is everything alright?” Monica smiled.

“Can you move up your meeting with Mr. Fox and meet him the day after tomorrow?” asked Monica.

Edward was startled by her words. “Is something the matter?”

“That’s not it.”

“I can’t do that. My schedule is full for this month,” Edward said apologetically.

“If my memory serves me right, your daughter will be celebrating her 18th birthday on the 15th of this

month. Is that right?” Monica had done her homework. No matter how busy you are, I’m sure you will

be by your daughter’s side on such an important day, right?”

“That’s the reason why Edward smiled. “I wasn’t going to tell you guys since I know Mr. Fox is a busy

man. I can imagine how busy he is.”

“It’s fine. After all, we have business to discuss. Given your relationship and Mr. Fox, I’m sure he will be

out of Stanley’s grasp and said hastily, “Hurry up and leave. I still need to take a bath!” Her knees were

weak from the kiss.
